Our Group Classes
The following group classes take place several times a week at our two locations.

The short, intensive sports session over midday between work! 45 minutes to maximum boost metabolism and fat burning: a full body workout with light weights, sprinting sessions or circuit training - just go full speed! We also offer morning classes.


Train like a professional athlete with Athletics Coach Sam! The class focuses on improving power, speed and mobility. Experience lots of dynamism paired with classic strength training movements: a highly intensive training stimulus!


We offer differentiated strength training: In our hypertrophy classes, train lower body and upper body with weights, barbells and equipment in a safe and effective way.


Boxing for a healthy inner attitude and respectful treatment of yourself and others. Fighting is something honest and important. Whether in a partnership, at work or in a social environment, it is worthwhile to fight for your rights, passions and convictions under fair conditions!


Strong(wo)man training is about building raw, functional strength with tools such as sledges, tires, ropes, medicine balls, etc. The course is suitable for every level, the intensity is individually adjusted.


The weightlifting club was founded in 2019. Our goal is to successfully complete competitions and celebrate the love of barbell training together!
