Pole dance is no cliché. It is an acrobatic sport. It demands strength, flexibility, and body control on the pole. Once you’ve been up there, you know: this is a workout, not a show.
On November 8th at 2:00 PM we will be guests at the Polesportfreunde in Wetzikon. Anita has been training on the pole for ten years and has competed in several competitions, both solo and in doubles. In 90 minutes, she will guide you through a warm-up, basic moves, a combination, and stretching. This isn't a taster session that leaves you to figure it out on your own. It’s an introduction where you’ll actually master something by the end.
Whether you have trained on the pole before or are coming for the first time, Anita will meet you exactly where you are.
Anita has been training at the Klub der Sportfreunde for two years and has been pole dancing for ten. During this time, she has competed in several solo and doubles competitions. As an instructor, her priority is to guide you in a safe and structured way. It’s not about the show; it’s about clean technique.
