Out of the gym, into the snow!

This winter we are heading to the mountains together. Two days full of movement, mountain air and good vibes with your gym family.

Picture it: fresh tracks in the snow, sunshine over the Heidsee, and in the evening we all sit down at one table. Tired legs, rosy cheeks, plenty of stories. That is our Winter Weekend. On the slopes, on the cross-country trail, on a sledge or on foot through the winter forest: you move the way you enjoy most. Everything else we experience together, as a club.

Member or not, everyone is welcome. Feel free to bring your friends or family along.

Two days of winter sports in Arosa Lenzerheide: ski, snowboard, cross-country, winter hiking or sledging.
Ski and snowboard course with Jessy included: from your very first turn to clean carving, together as a group.

Evenings together: two group dinners plus an apéro on Saturday.

After breakfast, out into the snow. Join the ski and snowboard course with Jessy if you like, it is included in the package. Apéro in the late afternoon, followed by dinner together.

Sunday, 24 January 2027

Breakfast, one more round of fresh air. The weekend ends in the early afternoon, then you head home at your own pace.

Ski and snowboard course with Jessy, included

First time on skis or a snowboard? Or ready to finally carve clean turns into the snow? Jessy meets you exactly where you are: from your first turns on the practice slope to controlled carving on the red runs.

Technique: stance, turn transitions and edge control, explained step by step.
Safety: stopping safely, controlling your speed and knowing the rules on the slopes.
Fun in the group: ride together, learn from each other and laugh together.

For beginners to advanced riders, on skis or snowboard. The course is included in the package for everyone, at no extra cost. Simply let us know when you register whether you are joining.

Prices per person

All prices are per person for both nights, covering the whole weekend from Friday to Sunday: 2 nights including breakfast, dinner and the ski and snowboard course. Our recommendation is the double room: the best balance of price and community.

Double room: CHF 620 per person for both nights (our recommendation)

Please name your room partner when you register.

Single room: CHF 820 per person for both nights

Your own room for quiet nights.

Rooms are allocated in order of registration.

Optional: ski and sledging tickets

If you want to ski or snowboard, you must book your ski ticket with your registration. This is the only way we get the group rate. Tickets are passed on at cost and paid on site, not with the package.

Ski ticket 2 days: approx. CHF 117 (27+), CHF 99 (18–26), CHF 76 (13–17), CHF 43 (6–12)
Ski ticket 1 day: approx. CHF 63 (27+), CHF 53 (18–26)
Sledging 1 day: approx. CHF 40 (27+), CHF 33 (18–26)
Sledging 4 hours: approx. CHF 34 (27+), CHF 28 (18–26)

Your ski ticket includes the PostBus between Chur and Lenzerheide. Cross-country skiing and winter hiking need no ticket.

Approximate prices based on the Arosa Lenzerheide group rates winter 2026/27, incl. VAT, paid on site. Subject to change by the mountain railways.

Register by 30 November 2026 using the form on this page. In the field «Room choice and room partner» please tell us:

your room: single or double
for double rooms, the name of your room partner (mandatory)
whether you want a ski ticket (1 or 2 days) or a sledging ticket
whether you are joining the ski or snowboard course with Jessy (included)

We will then send you the confirmation and the invoice for the package.
