A well-thought-out strength and conditioning program that works for both beginners and advanced participants. Each session is adapted to your individual level. Three fixed training sessions per week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6:15 AM – perfect for starting your day full of energy. Each session builds on the last progress in strength, technique, and endurance so you keep improving week by week.
Varied focus areas: full-body strength training, core stability, conditioning, mobility, and technique refinement.
No random workouts — instead, a clear, periodized plan like those used in professional sports.
A small group of max. 20 participants ensures proper technique, quality, and continuous progress.
All exercises are customized — from beginner to advanced.
The goal: safe, effective training that challenges you without overwhelming you.
With only 20 participants, the atmosphere remains supportive and the quality high. Each session is supervised by a professional coach who continuously corrects form, posture, and execution. Individual tips and feedback during every workout, completely different from anonymous fitness classes. Motivation and community among like-minded women , you’re not training alone but together.
