I have been working out with Ilir for seven months at his gym Klub der Sportfreunde and it is a place I would highly recommend to anyone searching for their new fitness home. 1. Zielbesprechung, Analyse Ist-Zustand (Bewegungstest, Körperfettmessung, Hautfaltenanalyse, Weichgewebsoptimierung) 

2. Beratung (Ernährung, Training, Lifestyle)

 

3. Trainingsplanerstellung & Ernährungsplan

 

4. Exekution: 2 Personaltraining-Einheiten pro Woche, zzgl. Gruppenklassen

 

5. Erfolg messen

 

Ernährungsberatung

 

Individuelle Ernährungsberatung - egal ob als Wettkampfvorbereitung, Gesundheitsoptimierung oder für die Ästhetik. 

Preis: 

erste Sitzung:  CHF 375 

pro Phase: CHF 125

Mindestdauer: 2 Phasen (8 Wochen)

Vorgehensweise

 

1. Zielbesprechung, Analyse Ist-Zustand (Allergien, Ernährungsform, Alltag, Präferenzen)

 

2. Ernährungsempfehlung (dein persönlicher Ernährungsplan)

 

3. Exekution 

 

4. alle 4 Wochen Sitzung inkl. Nachmessung (Hautfaltenmessung)

5. Anhand der Resultate von Punkt 4 den Ernährungsplan fortführen oder neu definieren.
