  • Can I do a trial training session?
    Of course! We offer you 2 options for this: Independent training in the Sportfreunde Club (suitable for those with training experience) Participation in a group class (suitable for beginners) You can use this form to register for a trial session.
  • I would like to make an appointment for a consultation, how do I go about it?
    You can use the contact form at the bottom of this page to register for a no-obligation consultation. We would be happy to give you an insight into our services and show you our various training options. Suggest 2-3 appointments, we'll get back to you shortly.
  • Will my subscription be automatically renewed?
    No! All memberships expire automatically. Cancellations are therefore not necessary. If you want to remain a sports friend after the subscription has expired, you will need to sign a new contract.
  • Can I buy a single entry?
    Yes of course. Just drop by. The price for a day entry is CHF 25. The tariff applies to independent training as well as participation in a group class.
  • How can I register for a group class?
    As a non-member, you can register here for the desired group class. As a member, you get access to our timetable via app.
  • Is the club also suitable for beginners?
    Yes of course! The club is open to all levels and ages! For beginners we recommend the classic membership, as this is based on individual training support and thus optimally supports you in achieving your goals. Here you can find out what the classic membership includes.
  • Is it possible to watch the club without training?
    Yes of course! Just drop by for a coffee, let the gym work its magic on you - very easy, anytime and without obligation.
  • Do you have a student discount on subscriptions?
    Yes, we offer all students a 10% discount on our memberships (excluding a 10-card). Please show us your student ID when signing up.
  • What is the minimum age to train at the club?
    The minimum age is 18 years. Admission is also possible from the age of 16 (with the written consent of the parents).
